Canon Mug

My main lens is a Canon 24-105mm f/4L  I use it for 80% of my shots so when I ran across a Canon Mug that looks exactly similar to my original lens I couldn’t resist but to order one.  The mug is on the right, I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box and noticed the mug has a silver band across the top but for $25.00 I can’t complain.  Since I’m not a coffee drinker I will be using it as a pen holder on my desk.

Droid Photography – 8.25.10

As I’ve mentioned before, I recently upgraded my cell phone to a Motorola Droid.  The camera is pretty decent and I recently purchased an application from Market called Vignette that allows me to add different treatments to the photos.  I’ve made a goal this year to blog twice a week, usually on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.  I’ve decided to make Wednesday’s my Droid Photography day.  I will pick random photos I’ve taken with my droid and share them here each Wednesday.

Francis Family

I recently photographed the Francis family at La Caille Restaurant grounds in Sandy Utah.  This is my favorite of the family, I really like the reflection in the glass and the relaxed pose of the family.  We spent a couple of hours taking photos then enjoyed a great dinner together.

Cleveland Ballpark

I attended training in Cleveland Ohio this week for my day job and we were able to enjoy a night at the ballpark, the Indians vs the Orioles.  Even though the Indians lost it was a good game and fun to get out and enjoy the evening.
